The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 12 pm to 5 pm.
Advance tickets¹ are recommended. Tickets may be exchanged for a different day or time slot up to one (1) hour in advance of ticket time. Please arrive no later than 20 minutes after your scheduled entry time. Sorry, no refunds provided for advance tickets. All visitors, including those qualifying for free admission, must have their own ticket.
Last admission is 4 pm.
Masks are not required but are highly recommended. Please see our Covid-19 policies page to learn more about what to expect during your visit.

Sunday, July 28: Reduced Admission
In conjunction with the Gregg Jones Book Talk on Sunday, July 28 from 1 pm to 3 pm, we’re offering reduced $5 admission for adults (plus processing fee) all day! The Museum will be open for general admission from 12 pm to 5 pm. Whether you’d like you join us for the book talk or visit the galleries on your own throughout the day, please purchase general admission through the Gregg Jones Book Talk Eventbrite page or at the door.
Saturday, August 17: Community Appreciation Day
To celebrate surpassing our Big Day of Giving fundraising target, we’re offering free admission to all visitors on Saturday, August 17, during regular business hours from 10 am to 5 pm. Stop by and explore the guitar exhibit, Women Inspire, California Hall of Fame, and more – all free of charge!
