The California Museum has a new exhibit to honor Women’s History Month called “Women Inspire.”
The exhibit showcases the achievements of 250 California women from the 1700s to the present.
It was developed with the help of California First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom.
Because field trips are starting to return, organizers say the goal is to show young people that they can achieve anything.
“California is an amazing place for women’s history. This exhibit is called ‘Women Inspire: California Women Changing Our World.’ It’s one of our signature exhibits,” said Amanda Meeker, executive director of the California Museum.
Interested in visiting the exhibit? You can check it out on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., or Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
