Jami Goldstene
Jami Goldstene is the President of the JWarner Group, a strategic communications consultancy. She is also the Co-Founder of Solomon’s in Sacramento, CA, a restaurant, entertainment and community gathering space.
Goldstene was previously Executive Vice President and General Manager at Edelman, the world’s largest public relations firm. She brings deep experience in strategic and crisis communications, branding, media relations and public affairs to her projects.
Her work has been recognized with numerous public relations industry awards, including two Silver Anvil awards, the industry’s highest honor.
She has also served as Senior Vice President for Deen & Black Public Relations and Director of Client Service for Stoorza, Ziegaus & Metzger, Prior to her career in the private sector, she was the Director of Governmental Affairs for the California State University system, the Manager of California Government Relations for Unocal Corporation and held policy positions with the City of Los Angeles, the California State Legislature and the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. She began her career in communications as a reporter for the Los Angeles Daily News and an editorial assistant at KNBC-TV, Los Angeles.
In 2005, Former California First Lady Maria Shriver nominated her to serve on the Board of Trustees for the California Museum.
Goldstene received a B.A. in Journalism from California State University, Northridge. She lives with her family in Gold River, CA.
